These Terms of Service govern your use of FluxScore. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

 

FluxScore is operated by Dandeworld Ltd, a company incorporated in Nigeria.

If you don't agree to these terms, do not use the product.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FluxScore.

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Your account

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring information you provide is accurate

 

We are not responsible for issues caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

  1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use FluxScore for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Upload false, misleading, or abusive content
  • Violate the privacy or rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the platform

 

If you misuse the product, we reserve the right to act.

  1. Team workspaces & content
  • Users retain ownership of content they create.
  • By submitting content, you grant FluxScore permission to store, process, and display it as required to operate the service.
  • In team workspaces, performance data may be visible to authorized team members.

 

FluxScore does not claim ownership of your data—only the right to run the product properly.

  1. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These terms are violated
  • The platform is used in a harmful or abusive manner
  • Required by law or security concerns

 

You may stop using FluxScore at any time by deleting your account.

We reserve the right to protect the platform and its users.

  1. Service availability

FluxScore is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

 

We aim for reliability, but:

  • Downtime may occur
  • Features may change or evolve
  • Bugs may happen (we fix them fast)

 

This is currently an early-stage product; we are continuously making improvements and upgrades to the service.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • FluxScore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on performance data entered by users

We advise users to use the tool wisely.

  1. No professional advice

FluxScore provides tools for documentation and evaluation.It does not provide legal, HR, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for how insights are applied.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. Changes to this policy

We may update these Terms as FluxScore evolves.

Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
